The grand duchy's capital has placed 9th in a list of the best cities in the world to drink craft beer.
The "100 Best Cities in the World to Drink Craft Beer” was compiled by Dutch moving platform ScanMovers.com. “We looked at numerous categories including the number of craft beer bars, microbreweries, beer prices, craft beer buzz, and hipster compatibility,” says Tycho de Feijter, the site’s content manager. He says the list is “the most comprehensive report on craft beer cities so far”. Delano was one of the news sites used to source material collated by the report’s authors.
Denver in Colorado topped the list, followed by Dublin, Chicago, London and Bangkok in the top five slots. Luxembourg, at number 9, is the only other European city in the top ten and beats out more likely contenders such as Munich, Berlin and Prague. Closer to the grand duchy, Brussels placed 21st and Cologne 24th.
