If you’re looking for a personal, lightweight gift to send home to friends and family this Christmas, the Post may have the solution.
For the past few years it has offered a service for clients to customise their own stamps and cards. Whether it’s a family photo, a selfie snap or a scenic panorama of the Luxembourg landscape, you choose what goes on the front.
The stamps and cards can be ordered online and delivered free of charge to your home or an address of your choice in Luxembourg. Click here to view the prices.
If you want to go with a more classic stamp, this year’s festive stamps were designed by Japanese illustrator living in Differdange Kumiyo Maurel. In Japan, Christmas is a “celebration of love”, according to the illustrator, who says that at this time Japanese singles hope to meet that special person with whom to spend the rest of their lives. Her stamps therefore offer a colourful window into Japanese and Luxembourg cultures.
